Estimate Your Repair
Older cars can need extra parts once we get in there. That widens the range.
European, luxury, and diesel parts and labor run higher — sometimes well above the range shown.
Rough price range (parts + labor)
$350 – $865
Rebuild is often cheaper than new. Many can be done the same day when the part is in stock. 1-year warranty on rebuilds.
This is a general guide, not a diagnosis or repair quote. We need to inspect your car to confirm the problem and price.
We give you a repair price after we diagnose the car. A diagnosis is $75 ($125 for electrical), due at drop-off and credited to the repair we diagnosed.
This is an estimate, not a quote. Ranges are rough planning numbers for a typical independent shop and assume a common gas vehicle in average condition. Real pricing depends on your exact year, make, model, engine, the parts your car needs, part brand, and anything else we find during inspection. Prices can land below or well above the range shown — especially for European, luxury, diesel, hybrid, or high-performance vehicles. The only accurate number is the repair price we give you after we diagnose the car. This tool does not create a contract or a guaranteed price.
How We Price a Repair
Your price has two parts: the part itself and the labor to put it in. We look up the part for your exact car, count the hours the job takes, and give you one flat price before we start. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair we diagnosed if you have us do it.
