What to Expect When You Bring Us Your Car
Four steps, no surprises. You always know the price before we start.
You drop the car off, we test it, and we call you with a firm price. $75 diagnostic fee ($125 for electrical) — applied to your bill if you have us do the repair.
Nothing happens until you say go. If we find something else, we call before touching it.
The owners do the work. Electrical jobs are often same-day when the part is on hand.
We explain what we did in plain words. Alternator and starter rebuilds carry a 1-year warranty.
